Capricorn Coast Region Operators Shine at ATEC QLD Showcase 11th & 12th March 2025
Posted on March 10th, 2025
A strong contingent of Capricorn Coast Region tourism operators have showcased their unique experiences at the ATEC Queensland Showcase New Product Workshop, in Sydney on Tuesday 11th March. Operators represented were Koorana Crocodile Farm (Adam Lever), High Valley Dawn Permaculture Farm (Mindy Bambrick), Keppel Konnections (Meg Hohmann & Amy Harris), Seaspray Yeppoon (Rachel Bell), and Freedom Fast Cats (Mel Allen), connecting with key international trade buyers to expand their market reach. This year, operator attendance has been fully subsidised by Tourism & Events Queensland, as part of a broader strategy to increase international visitation to Queensland before the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games.
The 3 RTO’s of the Southern Great Barrier Reef, were also represented by Eloise Chaffers (Capricorn Enterprise) and Loni Hammond (Bundaberg Tourism), in the full B2B event the following day, reinforcing the region’s appeal to international and domestic visitors.
