Capricorn Enterprise attends inaugural Arival 360 Brisbane

Capricorn Enterprise joined tourism operators, technology providers, online travel agencies and industry leaders from across Australia, New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific region at the inaugural Arival 360 Brisbane this week.

Held from 22–24 June at Brisbane’s Royal International Convention Centre, the event marked the first time Arival, the global authority on tours, activities, attractions and experiences, has hosted a conference in Australia. The event was specifically designed for the experiences sector, focusing on technology, connectivity, distribution, AI and the future of visitor experiences.

Over three days, delegates participated in keynote presentations, panel discussions and workshops covering topics including online travel agencies (OTAs), booking technology, channel management, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, pricing strategies and direct bookings. Sessions featured industry leaders from organisations including Journey Beyond, Flight Centre Travel Group, BeMyGuest, TourRadar, Tourism Tribe, Global Journeys, Ventrata and the Australian Tourism Export Council.

A key theme throughout the conference was how operators can better leverage technology and AI to improve customer experiences, streamline operations and increase visibility through distribution channels, while maintaining authentic visitor experiences. Delegates also explored emerging trends in search, social commerce, dynamic pricing and the growing role of connectivity between booking systems and distribution partners.

The event provided valuable networking opportunities and insights that will help inform Capricorn Enterprise’s ongoing work supporting local tourism operators to improve trade readiness, distribution and digital capability.

With strong attendance and positive industry feedback, there is optimism that Arival 360 will become a regular fixture on the Australian tourism calendar, providing ongoing access to global thought leadership and innovation for the visitor experiences sector.
