Free Real Estate Information Seminar for Immigrants and Refugees

Rockhampton Regional Council and the Central Queensland African Association (CQAA) are working collaboratively together to help immigrants and refugees settle within our Region by offering a free real estate information seminar.The Information Seminar will be on 27 October 2012 at Rockhampton Regional Library “Fitzroy Room, 23 Bolsover Street Rockhampton.

Two sessions will be held; Morning Session- 10am-12 pm and Afternoon Session – 1:30pm-3:30pm

This session will help refugees and immigrants learn how to select the right property for their needs, and will give them a general overview of how to make their home safe and secure.

The Rockhampton Police Cross-Cultural Liaison Officer, DBA Property Solutions and Loan Wize will provide information on home security, how to select the right property, how to select the right location and what type of property makes the best investment and more.

All Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities are invited to come along and attend.
