Grow your Business, Grow your Market is a comprehensive free two-day business planning/mentoring workshop that will assist you to develop and implement an operational plan tailored to your business. The workshop will also focus on marketing strategies for diversifying, finding new markets and/or growing existing ones.

This event is supported by Queensland Government and presented by Australian Industry Group

The workshop was originally targeted at micro/small businesses in the food and beverage processing/manufacturing sector, however for Rockhampton businesses it will be open to any micro/small business regardless of industry sector. The course content will be applicable to a business from any industry sector. Participants do not have to be a member of the Ai Group to attend.

Venue:            Walter Reid Centre, Rockhampton
Date:               15 & 16^th of March
Time:               8.30 for 9am start
Workshop 9.00 – 4.30pm each day
