Free Information Sessions Launch in Rockhampton & The Capricorn Coast
HR Biz Bitz, an initiative of Lacoa Management, is determined to assist businesses in increasing their understanding of what is necessary – because of legislation – & what is possible – increasing performance & job satisfaction – when it comes to managing people in small & medium businesses.
We have observed a range of workshops & seminars recently focussed on better business, better sales, better systems. We are yet to come across any workshops that really drill down on compliant & effective people management for business, & decided to do something about it‖ said Jacqueline Nagle, Managing Director of Lacoa Management.
To meet that gap we have launched our Free Seminar – Managing The Greatest Risk – Your People, which is specifically designed to provide people with greater awareness & understanding of what they can & can’t work with.
Working with a range of businesses in a very hands-on capacity, everyone we meet understands they need to have strong safety management systems in place; we get—particularly after the GFC & the floods this year—that we need to build our financial safety net; but very few understand the real risk from not understanding what you need to do when it comes to managing your people.
Launching in Rockhampton, the first seminar will be at The Travelodge, Rockhampton Tuesday 2 November at 5.30pm, with a second to be held at Krackers in Yeppoon, Wednesday 3 November at 5.30pm.
We recognise that many businesses do have systems in place. But how many people actually have time to sit down & consider this : is what worked for us yesterday going to work for us tomorrow?
Our HR Pulse Check is an auditing tool that asks just that. So at each event we will also be giving away 1 HR Pulse Check, valued at $990‖ said Jacqueline.
