you will never be able to meet your customer’s needs. This presentation is about getting the basics right to ensure that when you use the tools you will provide the best possible service to your customers.

Nev is a Senior Commercial Professional with over fifty years management experience and achievement in Supply Chain Management including Supply Chain Strategic Management, Contracting, Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory Management and IT Systems.
