From Keppel Bay to Mount Hay and plenty in between, My Way returns next month to feature our local pioneers

Commissioned by Capricorn Enterprise, the crew from Channel 9’s popular lifestyle program, My Way are returning to showcase the diverse landscape and passionate characters across our destination.

Kicking off with an overnight trip to Stanage Bay to spend time with Plumtree Store owners Maree and Bevan Hayes, the crew will explore the fisherman’s paradise, before returning to Yeppoon to chat with full-time travel family of six – 4 Boys and a Caravan about one of their favourite destinations in Australia.

Basing themselves at Oshen Yeppoon, the My Way crew will visit Koorana Crocodile Farm to discover the ins and outs of these snappy beasts, before enjoying Keppel Bay with the Allen family from Freedom Fast Cats.

Then, heading out to Wycarbah, the team will spend time fossicking for thunder eggs with Don and Ken Kayes, and finally uncover the history and modern-day story of heritage listed St Aubins Village in Rockhampton.

Stay tuned for the upcoming airing dates of these five stories.
