Ergon Energy Network and Energex, RDP2025 Customer Consultation

Ergon Energy Network and Energex, as part of Energy Queensland are Queensland’s electricity distributors and are looking for opportunities to communicate broadly on their investment plans for 2025 to 2030 with Capricorn Enterprise members and supporters. This relates to Ergon Energy Network and Energex network investment plans for the 2025-30 regulatory period.
Ergon Energy Network and Energex are looking to invite interested customers to register for an online ‘workshop’ session with their engagement partner MosaicLab to hear from customers directly about their lived experience in relation to energy needs and expectations, and their interaction with their network service provider. These sessions will take place on the following dates and times:

Attendees can register their interest in attending one session depending on who their network service provider is – either Ergon Energy Network in regional Queensland or Energex in South-East Queensland. A range of customer cohorts have been identified that Ergon Energy Network and Energex would like to participate in the consultation sessions including seniors, customers living with a disability and others – with any participant to be incentivised to participate with a $100 EFTPOS gift-card.
