Villa La Sini celebrates official opening in Yeppoon

One of Yeppoon’s newest accommodation offerings, Villa La Sini, was officially celebrated last night, marking a significant milestone for the Capricorn Coast’s evolving tourism landscape.

While Villa La Sini has been welcoming guests for some time, the event marked its formal opening, with more than 60 guests from across the region in attendance. Among those celebrating the occasion were State Member for Keppel Nigel Hutton, Livingstone Shire Council Mayor Adam Belot and Capricorn Enterprise CEO Mary Carroll.

Located in the heart of Yeppoon, Villa La Sini has quickly established itself as a contemporary, boutique-style accommodation option, offering visitors a stylish and centrally located base to explore the Capricorn Coast.

Owner of Villa La Sini, Justin Roth, said the official celebration was an opportunity to reflect on the journey and acknowledge the support behind the project.

“While we’ve already had the pleasure of welcoming guests through our doors, tonight was about celebrating the journey and recognising the people who helped bring Villa La Sini to life,” Justin said.

“This has been a project built on a strong belief in Yeppoon and the Capricorn Coast, and we’re proud to be part of the region’s continued growth as a destination.”

Capricorn Enterprise CEO Mary Carroll said Villa La Sini had already made a strong contribution to the region’s accommodation mix.

“Villa La Sini is a fantastic addition to Yeppoon’s accommodation offering, bringing a fresh, high-quality product to the market in the Yeppoon CBD,” Mary said.

“Developments like this are vital as we continue to grow visitation, ensuring we have the right mix of accommodation to meet demand and enhance the overall visitor experience.”

Livingstone Shire Council Mayor Adam Belot welcomed the milestone, noting the importance of ongoing investment in the region.

“It’s fantastic to celebrate the official opening of Villa La Sini and recognise the confidence local investors have in our region,” Mayor Belot said.

“Projects like this not only strengthen our tourism offering but also contribute to local jobs and economic growth.”

Since opening its doors, Villa La Sini has offered modern, coastal-inspired accommodation designed to suit a range of travellers—from couples and families to business and extended-stay guests.

The official celebration marks not just the completion of the project, but its place within the Capricorn Coast’s growing reputation as a destination where quality accommodation, natural beauty and diverse experiences come together.
