Voting Now Open for 2024 Best in Business ‘People’s Choice Award’

The countdown is on as voting opens for the ever-popular 2024 Best in Business “People’s Choice Award”, sponsored by McDonald’s Central Queensland.
With 22 outstanding nominees across various industries, the public now has the chance to cast their vote and crown one local business as the region’s favourite.
Voting closes on 25th October, and only one winner will take home the coveted title.
The Best in Business Awards, held annually, is a celebration of the innovation, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit that make the Capricorn Coast and Rockhampton region thrive. The awards recognise businesses of all sizes that demonstrate excellence in their field, from customer service and community engagement to sustainability and growth.
This year’s Best in Business Awards Gala will take place on Friday, 29th November 2024, at the Keppel Bay Sailing Club in Yeppoon. It promises to be a night to remember, featuring live entertainment, a gourmet dinner, and the announcement of winners across multiple award categories, including the People’s Choice Award. Tickets for the gala are now available, and early bookings are encouraged as the event sells out each year.
Capricorn Enterprise CEO Mary Carroll shared her enthusiasm for this year’s event and encouraged the community to get involved and vote for their ‘People’s Choice’ winner.
