Gibb Group Gracemere Industry Park – Unveiling of Estate Entry Signage – The BIG G.

This week marked a further milestone for Melbourne based developers The Gibb Group in the completion of the $75Million first stage of their Gracemere Industry Park.
In celebrating the Stage completion – a massive 5.4metre x 6.6metre Giant G was unveiled commemorating the achievement.
The Gracemere Industry Park is strategically located close to the Gracemere heavy vehicle overpass, which provides direct access for B. Double and Road Trains from the Capricorn Highway.
Stage 1 of the Industry Park hosts the Toll-NQX transit centre along with the Schwartz Excavations consolidated operations centre and CQ Quarries, with a number of development inquiries currently under consideration.
