- EOI applications for the Workforce Connect Fund are OPEN until 22 October 2025.
- The fund provides grants for large, scalable projects delivered by industry peak bodies and community peak organisations to implement new and innovative ways to attract and retain employees.
- Organisations can apply for funding of up to $1 million per project. Projects must be completed within 24 months.
- Industry peak bodies and community peak bodies that are registered for GST can apply for funding under this initiative.
- Round 2 successful applicants don’t need to apply again to get an extension or extra support for ongoing projects. Contact the Workforce Connect Fund team for further advice by phone 1300 369 935 or email wcf@dtet.qld.gov.au.
NB: To make sure projects are delivered successfully, applicants must partner with other organisations, such as:
- other peak bodies
- community-based organisations
- HR or recruitment specialists
- other relevant groups.
